Please go to a section you require on the left and click on the links below them to submit a helpdesk call. This will take you to the new helpdesk system. Please fill in as much information as possible relevant to the issue concerned.

 
     
 
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR REPORT?
 
 
The system acknowledges receipt of your report and issues your report with a numbered ticket. If there is action to be taken, this number goes on a job list in the relevant section. By logging into the “my closed tickets” section of the relevant help desk, you can view the status of any job raised against your ticket.
